Forloops

Forloops provides software solutions for business process optimization and data management. Put simply, it is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

It makes the most sense for support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, Chatbot, Consulting and Machine Learning. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Forloops is based in Austin, Texas. More on forloops.co.
