Foreclosure Solution

Foreclosure Solution is a software company that customize work-flow wizards, to process to each client's specifications. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Foreclosure Solution is based in Avondale, Arizona. Their site is fs-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
