FOM Networks is a provider of SAAS products as well as online and web support concerning facility management for universities & labs. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Facilities Support Services, Facility Management and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set.
