Folio Photonics

Folio Photonics reinvents archival storage with optical storage technology. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Storage and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Folio Photonics is based in Solon, Ohio. You can read more at foliophotonics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Folio Photonics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
