Focusmate

Focusmate is a remote coworking community where people get things done together. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer, Coworking and Productivity Tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Focusmate is based in New York, New York and founded in 2017. Their site is focusmate.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
