Focus

Focus is an OKR software for SaaS companies that turns customers' goals into results. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Focus is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2019. You can read more at usefocus.co.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
