Flux's internal mobility platform connects employees looking to grow their careers with the most impactful work at the company. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Collaboration and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
