Fluid HTML

Fluid HTML is a developer tools product. FluidHTML is a new markup language that allows web developers to dynamically generate media sites and applications. The job it does: making developers faster with better editors, debuggers and workflows.

Who is it for? Mostly software teams. Alongside the main category they mention Developer Tools, Video and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fluid HTML is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. More on fluidhtml.com.
