Flowroute

Provider of advanced calling and messaging services for cloud-based companies. That is the short version of Flowroute. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Developer APIs, Messaging, Telecommunications and VoIP. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
