FlowLink

FlowLink is a software company that works on software integrations, web development, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce setup. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM, E-Commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FlowLink is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You can read more at flowlink.io.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
