Floor Detective

Floor Detective offers an online diagnostic tool and claims encyclopedia for flooring retailers, inspectors, and industry professionals. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Facilities Support Services and Online Portals, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Floor Detective is based in Goodyear, Arizona and around since 2015. You can read more at floordetective.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Floor Detective, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
