FlexTMS

FlexTMS is a cloud-based software that manages dispatch, accounting, maintenance, and compliance tasks. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Mobile Apps and Transportation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FlexTMS is based in Hinsdale, Illinois. More on flextms.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
