Flashbrand

Flashbrand reinvents talent management with a web and mobile application dedicated to employee's performance, development and career. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Career Planning, Enterprise Applications, Human Resources and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Flashbrand is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2015. You can read more at flashbrand.me.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Flashbrand? Rate it.
