Fixional

Fixional makes advanced editorial software that reviews and revises writing at scale. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fixional is based in Palo Alto, California and founded in 2017. Their site is fixional.com.

Our checklist for this category: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
