Fixcomp Networks

Fixcomp Networks Inc. offers IT solutions, network troubleshooting, and IT repairs. They also provide insights into network protocols. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Commercial and Network Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Fixcomp Networks is based in Federal Way, Washington. You can read more at fixcomp.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
