FitGrid

FitGrid offers management software that helps in connecting staff, instructors and studio owners through a learning and recommendation grid. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Education, Fitness and Wellness. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FitGrid is based in New York, New York. You can read more at fitgrid.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
