FirstGiving

FirstGiving facilitates fundraising and building awareness of non-profit organizations. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Financial Services, Funding Platform and Non Profit. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FirstGiving is based in Boston, Massachusetts. More on firstgiving.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with FirstGiving, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
