FirstEnergy Solutions

FirstEnergy Solutions is a utilities company that offers electricity supply and services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Energy and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

FirstEnergy Solutions is based in Akron, Ohio and founded in 2020. More on fes.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with FirstEnergy Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
