First Tier Technology

First Tier Technology develops SAAS platforms with analytics for dealing with big data, ERP, business intelligence & cloud services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

First Tier Technology is based in Princeton, New Jersey. Their site is f-tt.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with First Tier Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
