First In Solutions

First In Solutions specializes in IT management and services that are flexible as well as focused on Integrity, Innovation and Integration. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: IT Management and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

First In Solutions is based in Centreville, Virginia and around since 2007. You can read more at firstinsol.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with First In Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
