Finezi

Finezi offers software development, talent acquisitions, IT consulting, and BPO services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Staffing Agency. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Finezi is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. More on finezi.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Finezi, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
