Feedback Labs

Feedback Labs is a nonprofit organization that connects the creators, providers with the users and beneficiaries through feedbacks. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Social. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
