FedScale

FedScale is an IT consulting company that offers a broad range of comprehensive IT hardware, software and services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Information Services and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

FedScale is based in Luray, Virginia. Their site is fedscale.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
