Federal Data Systems

Federal Data Systems is an information technology company that offers system maintenance and disaster recovery services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Federal Data Systems is based in Columbia, Maryland and founded in 2001. More on feddata.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Federal Data Systems well, your review carries weight here.
