Faxo

Faxo develops social networks, fan and dating sites, classified ads, groups, forums, blogs, dictionaries, Q&As, and chat and game sites. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

It makes the most sense for social and community managers. They also list Advertising, Classifieds, Local, Messaging and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
