Farragut Systems

Farragut Systems is a computer software company providing software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Government, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Farragut Systems is based in Durham, North Carolina and founded in 1992. Their site is farragut.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Farragut Systems well, your review carries weight here.
