Farbman Group

Farbman Group is one of the largest and most respected full-service organizations in the country. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate, Real Estate Investment and Service Industry. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Farbman Group is based in Detroit, Michigan and around since 1976. You can read more at farbman.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
