FamilyTime

FamilyTime provides you with online household organization, menu planning, and money-saving applications, as well as advice. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Family. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FamilyTime is based in Fairfield, Connecticut and founded in 1997. Their site is familytime.com.
