Fairhaven Software Products

Fairhaven Software Products is a custom software development company. FairSoft designs custom database solutions on the FileMaker platform. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fairhaven Software Products is based in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. You can read more at fairsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Fairhaven Software Products, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
