Fabsoft

Fabsoft is an IT company specialized in document management software solutions. In practice that means writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Document Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Fabsoft is based in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. You can read more at fabsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
