Fabrix.ai

Fabrix.ai (formerly CloudFabrix) is an Agentic AIOps & Observability company, powered by Robotic Data Automation Fabric. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Management and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Fabrix.ai is based in Pleasanton, California. More on cloudfabrix.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Fabrix.ai, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
