Expicient

Expicient is a global professional services firm focused on deploying omni-channel software products & solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Expicient is based in Andover, Massachusetts. Their site is expicient.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Expicient well, your review carries weight here.
