Expert Soft

Expert Soft is an e-commerce software delivery company, highly specialized in high-load e-commerce platforms and robust web projects. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, E-Commerce Platforms, Information Services, Outsourcing and Web Development. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Expert Soft is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2013. You can read more at expert-soft.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Expert Soft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
