Experience Dynamics

Experience Dynamics is an award-winning User Experience (UX) consulting firm. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Experience Dynamics is based in Portland, Oregon and around since 2001. Their site is experiencedynamics.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Experience Dynamics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
