Evolution Software Design

Evolution Software Design is a boutique software company that specializes in creating cutting-edge software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Evolution Software Design is based in Bend, Oregon and around since 1995. More on evolutionsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
