Evaluator Group

Evaluator Group is an IT analyst firm dedicated to delivering the in-depth and unbiased on Information Management and data storage. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Data Storage and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Evaluator Group is based in Boulder, Colorado and founded in 1997. More on evaluatorgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
