ETI Empire Direct

Here is ETI Empire Direct in plain terms. ETI has been providing dental products and services. They are the producers of dental gypsum in the Western US and provide CAD CAM systems. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list CAD, Dental, Health Care and Medical, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ETI Empire Direct is based in Anaheim, California. Their site is etiempiredirect.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ETI Empire Direct, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
