etherSMS

etherSMS is a cloud-based messaging tool that provides messenger, video, and text messaging services for android and iPhone. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Messaging and SMS. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

etherSMS is based in Rockville, Maryland. You can read more at ethersms.com.
