Etch

Etch offers customized geospatial solutions for smart cities, enhancing mobility and user experience with AVL/CVE SaaS. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Asset Management and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
