ERPBot

ERPBot is a bot builder software with AI chatbots that help automate ERP-related issues and queries. The job it does: answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ERPBot is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Their site is erpbot.ai.

Things worth asking about: training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ERPBot well, your review carries weight here.
