ERPA is an Oracle Platinum Partner and market leader in managed services and system integration of Oracle Technologies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
