ERIN

ERIN is an employee referral platform powered by Smart Referral AI that allows employees to make referrals by using the mobile or web app. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ERIN is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. More on erinapp.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
