ERG

ERG is a consulting and environmental services and consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Environmental Consulting, Health Care and Public Safety, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ERG is based in Lexington, Massachusetts and around since 1984. Their site is erg.com.
