Equisoft

Equisoft provides consulting, software programs, staff augmentation, systems analysis, and project development services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Information Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Equisoft is based in Winnebago, Illinois. Their site is equisoftusa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Equisoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
