Epting Enterprises

Epting Enterprises is a software development company that provides IT services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and VoIP. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Epting Enterprises is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Their site is eptingenterprises.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Epting Enterprises, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
