epiSolve

epiSolve is a Managed technology services firm that offers software development, strategic IT and integration of software systems. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Cloud Computing and Digital Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

epiSolve is based in Newark, New Jersey. More on episolve.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
