EpiQuestLive

EpiQuestLive is a software firm that provides infection prevention/control programs for the medical industry. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Medical, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EpiQuestLive is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Their site is epiquestlive.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
