envite

envite is a universal collaboration platform that creates seamless connectivity between disparate business messaging and video applications. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Related areas on their profile: Collaboration, Messaging and Video. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

envite is based in Milpitas, California. Their site is envite.us.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
