Environmental Profiles

Environmental Profiles is a consulting firm that offers software tools and customized programs for a healthful and safe environment. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Environmental Consulting and Renewable Energy. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Environmental Profiles is based in Columbia, Maryland. You can read more at episervices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
