Enviromatic Systems

Enviromatic Systems is a building automation system software and controls contractor. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Construction and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Enviromatic Systems is based in Grand Prairie, Texas and around since 1973. Their site is enviromaticsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
